There's almost nothing I can criticize about this picture 
The composition is fine, the lines drawn by the arms and the chair in the background focus the viewer's attention on the hands in the center of the picture.
You did a good job on the lighning and contrast and the model's "pose" is very strong. Also, you did well on the depth of field and blurred the (otherwise distracting) background.
